Strength Approach – “All The Plans We Made Are Going To Fail” – (Pee Records) Boy oh boy the singer of Strength Approach sure can scream. This album is eighteen songs of high octane chugging riffs and deep from the gut screaming. Don’t be mistaken it’s not screamo, it’s Hardcore with some deep, deep bellowing screaming vocals. The songs have a dark death metal sound combined with a touch of NYHC. Not my thing at all, but they do seem to pull it off pretty well. Lyrically they seem to be a pretty decent band, if you like that style of music. I just don’t and more than likely wouldn’t listen to this CD again.
